Job Description

Customer Journey
  • Oversees every aspect of customer journey from initial greeting through activation and purchase.
  • Responsible daily delivery of concept store experience and execution of customer engagement through the brand’s approach. Represent the brand image to customers and external audiences.
  • Ensure customers satisfaction throughout process and meeting in-store KPIs.
  • Demonstration of the brand’s product to end consumer with highest level of product knowledge and consumer experience.
  • Operate and troubleshoot devices as needed, process trade‑ins, and assist customers with transferring data from old devices to new ones to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Understands full product, service and promotion memo and translate the information to customer.
  • Sell‑out increase in the shop, equates to market share increase in assigned store.
  • Partner with in‑store retailers when necessary and act as customer point of contact.
  • Actively promote products or services to customers, persuading them to make a purchase. This may involve demonstrating product features, offering discounts or promotions and explaining the value proposition.
  • Encourage customers to consider additional products or services that complement their original purchase. This can increase sales and enhance customer's shopping experience.
  • Provide solutions and communicate them effectively to customer.
  • Provide after sales support such as device set‑up, technical support, addressing product issues
  • Attending all relevant training and meeting.
  • Participation in mystery shopper program part of the KPIs.
  • Meet or exceed KPIs, sales targets and goals set by the store or organization.
Retail Excellence
  • Ensure store merchandising is up to brand standard and updated as per brand policies /store guidelines. This includes POS placement and product or dummy display arrangement, while maintaining the cleanliness of the shop and displays.
  • Ensure that the retail space / sales counter is well‑organized and visually appealing.
  • This includes arranging product displays, creating eye‑catching signage, and maintaining a clean and orderly appearance.
  • Monitor and manage product inventory to ensure that products are adequately stocked and displayed.
  • Report any store fault report and follow up on what has been done (e.g. Broken Experience Kit, Broken Smart Table/Table Top, Broken/Lost Live Unit)
  • Follow all store policies and procedures.
Retail and Market Intelligence
  • Gather and report relevant market and field information, including competitor activities, new brands, sales, stock levels, pricing, distribution, promotions, and events from assigned stores. (e.g. Competitor In House Share other ad‑hoc report)
  • Support any other data and survey collection when required
  • Share and provide input/feedback and adjust store execution where required.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in consumer electronics or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer‑oriented mindset.
  • Confident in demonstrating products and providing technical assistance (e.g., device setup or data transfer).
  • Proactive and able to work independently in a fast‑paced retail environment.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
