Job Summary
The Brand Executive oversees the company’s online presence and brand partnerships, ensuring strong visibility and consistent identity across digital platforms. This role involves managing e‑commerce stores and social media channels, developing engaging campaigns, and building strategic collaborations with brands.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce
- Implement and coordinate e‑commerce strategies to meet sales targets and business goals
- Manage daily operations of online platforms, including product listings, pricing, and inventory
- Monitor order processing and fulfilment, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Execute digital marketing campaigns to boost traffic and conversions
- Analyse web traffic and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with logistics partners and internal teams to streamline operations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to online transactions
Brand Collaboration & Partnerships
- Identify and build relationships with potential brand partners and collaborators
- Negotiate and manage co‑branding activities, sponsorships, and joint promotions
- Coordinate cross‑brand marketing campaigns to maximize exposure and mutual benefit
- Ensure collaboration aligns with brand values, image, and target audience
- Track and evaluate collaboration performance (reach, ROI, sales uplift, brand awareness)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in e‑commerce or branding
- Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce is a plus
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
