This role involves managing e‑commerce stores and social media channels, developing engaging campaigns, and building strategic collaborations with brands.

Key Responsibilities
E-commerce
  • Implement and coordinate e‑commerce strategies to meet sales targets and business goals
  • Manage daily operations of online platforms, including product listings, pricing, and inventory
  • Monitor order processing and fulfilment, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Execute digital marketing campaigns to boost traffic and conversions
  • Analyse web traffic and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with logistics partners and internal teams to streamline operations
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to online transactions
Brand Collaboration & Partnerships
  • Identify and build relationships with potential brand partners and collaborators
  • Negotiate and manage co‑branding activities, sponsorships, and joint promotions
  • Coordinate cross‑brand marketing campaigns to maximize exposure and mutual benefit
  • Ensure collaboration aligns with brand values, image, and target audience
  • Track and evaluate collaboration performance (reach, ROI, sales uplift, brand awareness)
