Job summary

CareerStar International Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to support brand marketing initiatives, digital campaigns and content development in the FMCG sector.

The role collaborates with internal teams to strengthen brand awareness, engage customers and drive marketing activities across digital and offline channels. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with training provided and a focus on hands-on content creation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management and content creation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing marketing plans to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Ensure marketing activities align with brand objectives and messaging.
• Conduct market research and monitor consumer and industry trends.
• Support the planning and execution of digital, social media and offline marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely campaign delivery.
• Maintain marketing materials, brand assets and campaign records.
• Assist in developing and publishing social media content.
• Monitor social media advertising budgets and expenditure.
• Support photography and videography for products, campaigns and events.
• Track campaign performance and relevant marketing metrics.
• Prepare marketing reports and provide insights for improvement.
• Support campaign optimisation to improve marketing effectiveness.
