Overview

Kiztopia is a successful start-up and the biggest indoor children playground in Singapore! We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Brand & Content Assistant Manager / Manager to lead the development, execution, and curation of brand initiatives, creative content, and customer experiences. This role will be pivotal in shaping the brand identity, managing creative outputs, and ensuring a consistent and engaging experience across all touchpoints—including 3D animation, style guides, FEC (Family Entertainment Centre) programmes, event curation, and visual merchandising/decoration.

Roles and Responsibilities

Brand Development & Management

  1. Develop, maintain, and implement a comprehensive brand style guide to ensure consistency across all platforms, media, and customer touchpoints.
  2. Oversee creative content development aligned with brand positioning, tone, and guidelines.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand integrity in all marketing, communications, and operational activities.

Content Creation & Supervision

  1. Lead and supervise the creation of 3D animation and other multimedia content, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with brand vision.
  2. Partner with internal/external creative teams and agencies to conceptualize, develop, and deliver engaging content.
  3. Curate compelling programmes and content for the Family Entertainment Centre (FEC) to enhance guest engagement and brand experience.

Event & Experience Curation

  1. Conceptualize and execute marquee events, ensuring brand consistency and delivering memorable experiences.
  2. Oversee venue decoration and theming to create immersive, on-brand environments that enhance customer experiences.
  3. Work closely with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-impact activations.

Project & Stakeholder Management

  1. Manage multiple creative projects from concept through execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  2. Liaise with vendors, production houses, and creative agencies to achieve desired outcomes.
  3. Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of branding and content initiatives, providing recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
