This role sits within the Brand, Communications & Sustainability team and reports into the Communications Vice President. It provides independent, hands-on support across brand, communications, and sustainability workstreams by managing projects in collaboration with respective team leads. The individual will support the delivery of high-quality campaigns, content, events, and ESG communications that support the company’s strategic goals in the Asia region. Success in this role requires a proactive mindset, strong teamwork, and the ability to work independently across multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking end-to-end ownership of assigned brand, communications, and sustainability projects
 
- Develop high-quality content for internal communications as well as social media and company website
 
- Create visual assets including graphics, videos, and infographics to support communication and marketing objectives
 
- Manage internal communications channels and assist with intranet content updates
 
- Coordinate brand and sponsorship activations across the region
 
- Monitor social media trends and contribute creative ideas for digital engagement
 
- Maintain media contact lists and support campaign performance tracking
 
- Support the planning and smooth execution of internal events such as townhalls and webinars
 
- Prepare presentation materials and reports for ESG communications and stakeholder training
 
- Conduct research on sustainability topics relevant to the insurance industry
 
- Coordinate with creative agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery
 
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to strengthen sustainability communications and support ongoing initiatives
 
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree or Diploma in Communications, Sustainability, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Environmental Studies, or a related field
 
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in corporate communications, marketing, and/or sustainability; agency experience is a plus
 
- Experience in sports sponsorship and campaign/event execution is a strong advantage
 
- A passion for football and understanding of its fan culture is highly desirable
 
- Strong writing, editing, and research skills
 
- Skilled in PowerPoint; familiarity with Canva, Midjourney, Adobe Suite, or other content creation tools is an advantage
 
- Well-organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines
 
- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
 
- Knowledge or experience in sustainability-related initiatives is preferred
 
- Adaptable, proactive, and a collaborative team player
