Job summary

KEYSTONE GROWTH PARTNER in Singapore is seeking fresh/entry level ambassadors to represent client brands at roadshows, mall activations and events across Singapore. Compelling opportunity for new graduates to start in a dynamic, customer-facing role.

You will attend to customer enquiries, manage sign-ups, and participate in product briefings. The role offers mentorship, rapid progression to senior ambassador and team lead based on performance, plus campaign travel opportunities.

• No prior experience required, fresh graduates welcome.

• Attend to customer enquiries and explain product details accurately.
• Complete sign-ups and record customer information correctly.
• Attend product and compliance briefings for each campaign.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned.

Job description

Employment type: Full Time, Permanent - Position level: Fresh/entry level

Salary: $2,800 to $3,800 monthly (Commission Based + No Income Cap)

About the role

Representing client brands at roadshows, mall activations and events across Singapore. Clients are in telecommunications, consumer services and the non-profit sector.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries and explain product details accurately
• Complete sign-ups and record customer information correctly
• Attend product and compliance briefings for each campaign
• Other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Comfortable approaching and speaking with business owners
• Presentable and punctual
• No prior experience required. Fresh graduates welcome.

Development and progression

• One-on-one mentorship with an experienced team member for your first few weeks
• Senior ambassador within a month, team lead at around 4 months, based on performance
• Campaign travel opportunities
