Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Trade Marketing Coordinator to support campaigns, promotions, and product launches for brand visibility and sales growth. You will closely coordinate with retailers, suppliers, and internal teams to execute in-store promotions and roadshows.

Ideal candidates have a marketing or business background with FMCG or trade marketing exposure, and will manage budgets, reports, and POSM coordination to ensure timely delivery of programs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• FMCG, retail, consumer goods, or trade marketing experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches
• Coordinate in-store activations, roadshows, atrium events, and sampling activities
• Liaise with retailers, suppliers, designers, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor promotional spending and A&P budgets
• Prepare sales analysis, campaign reports, and market updates
• Coordinate POSM materials and promotional displays
• Assist in developing marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and sales
• Ensure projects are delivered according to timeline
