Job description
What you will do:

As Branch Manager SEA Global Marine & Offshore Services, you will manage technical support services for UPG customers including distributors, branches, deals, and end use consumers. Develop staff to provide detailed technical support. Oversees staff to provide financial review and disposition of warranty disputes and concessions. Manages staff to provide field technical activities. Works with staff to resolve customer complaints.

  • To lead our Marine & Offshore Service team,
  • Lead, develop, and coach the team to deliver their business plans.
  • Managing a team of skilled and engaged service professionals and specialists in the maritime HVAC/R sector.
How you will do it:
  • Lead, develop, and coach your team to deliver the business targets
  • Seek innovative ways to operate and grow the business
  • Maintain and establish business presence in the defined market. You lead efforts to identify, secure, grow and retain customers relationships that enhance the local reputation and ensure referrals and bid/proposal requests
  • Maintain close connection with market issues. Ensuring subject matter expertise
  • You drive operational excellence and high team motivation. Ensuring that our obligations are completed, and that customer satisfaction is achieved, while at the same time business results are maximized
  • You oversee financial management. Manage operational assets
  • You serve as an active member of the regional leadership team. Establish collaborative relationships across and beyond your own area in order to maximize the overall business’ performance and share best practices.
