Job summary

Moomoo Singapore is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our physical investment store, drive customer acquisition, and ensure compliance with local regulations. You will manage frontline teams and oversee operations while advancing the offline presence of our wealth-tech platform.

Ideal candidates bring 5–8 years in financial services, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of markets and trading platforms. Willingness to work weekends and public holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in financial services including retail brokerage or wealth management
• Proven experience managing physical store operations and frontline teams
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate teams toward targets
• Deep understanding of financial markets, trading platforms and products
• Knowledge of country-specific regulatory requirements and licenses

Responsibilities

• Own branch KPI and business strategy to meet financial and growth targets
• Oversee daily operations ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance
• Lead client relationship efforts and provide in-person service excellence
• Recruit, train and manage sales and support teams
• Monitor performance metrics and collaborate with marketing, product and tech teams
• Plan and execute in-store promotional events and community engagement
