What You Will Be Doing
  • Deliver personalized skincare consultations, including skin analysis and tailored treatment/product recommendations, based on each client’s unique needs and concerns.

  • Achieve and exceed assigned personal and company sales targets, with confidence in handling and closing high-ticket sales.

  • Oversee outlet operations to ensure efficiency and profitability, including sales planning, customer care, and administrative tasks.

  • Proactively source and prospect new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.

  • Assist in inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and product availability.

  • Build meaningful client relationships through knowledge sharing, professionalism, and excellent customer service.

  • Actively follow up and maintain strong after-sales relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

  • Guide, mentor, and support team members in achieving and surpassing their monthly targets, fostering a motivated and collaborative work environment.

  • Attend training sessions to stay updated with the latest skincare technologies, treatments, and devices, demonstrating commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role within the beauty, spa, or retail industry, with strong passion for skincare and wellness.

  • Well-groomed, professional, and personable, with a positive disposition.

  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record in achieving sales goals.

  • Strong customer service mindset, with the ability to deliver exceptional client experiences.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and associates).

  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the beauty industry.

  • Availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
