Job Description
  1. Oversee and manage the entire Singapore Branch, including its operations and all personnel. Develop and implement strategic action plans to promote and sell the Company’s products and services, ensuring achievement of sales targets and expansion of market share.
  2. Participate in shaping the Branch’s strategic direction as part of the senior management team. Approve and execute business transactions, contracts, and official declarations on behalf of the Branch.
  3. Act as the representative of the Singapore Branch to establish and maintain external business networks; foster positive relationships with Singapore authorities, government agencies, and key business clients.
  4. Serve as the primary liaison between the Singapore Branch and relevant departments at the Taiwan Headquarters; collaborate effectively with regional and global teams across functions.
  5. Lead the planning, management, and execution of the Branch’s annual budget and workforce projections. Ensure financial operations are conducted in a cost-efficient and controlled manner.
  6. Negotiate, initiate, renew, or terminate contractual agreements with employees, contractors, subcontractors, and business vendors associated with the Branch.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s degree or above (preferably in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or related fields).
  2. Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in the airline industry, covering passenger sales, revenue management, corporate development, cargo sales, etc.
  3. Ability to think globally and act locally to drive market expansion and sustainable growth.
  4. Be proficient with professional systems of Amadeus, IATA BSP system, EDW, MIDT, Tableau, MS Office, etc.
  5. Have excellent multitasking, communication, negotiation, proven leadership and people management skills in an international environment to foster a positive workplace.
  6. Be able to work under stress and keep calm when emergencies and unexpected situations occur.
  7. Can react quickly and solve difficult problems as well as be attentive to details.
  8. Be able to travel to other work locations as necessary to support operations.
