Adecco is partnering with a global retail brand known for its jewelry and watch products, and we are actively seeking a Boutique / Deputy Store Manager who excels in performance monitoring, team development, and working closely with the Store Manager to drive success.
Job Description
- Achieve individual sales targets and work with the team to drive overall store performance in alignment with the company and the company's sales objectives and KPIs.
- Support the development and execution of action plans based on mystery shopping results, ensuring full implementation and follow‑up in line with the experience.
- Handle client concerns promptly to ensure their satisfaction is consistently achieved and restored when required.
- Ensure proper store maintenance, a safe environment, smooth daily operations, and adherence to product assortment and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Act as the Store Manager (in consultation with the Store Manager) during periods of leave, holidays, or business travel.
- Oversee back‑office duties in accordance with company guidelines.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, norms, and procedures.
- Supervise after‑sales service requests, providing excellent service and appropriate recovery where needed.
- Organize and manage staff rotations, work shifts, and leave schedules.
- Proactively coach, guide, and support the sales team to ensure every customer receives a unique and memorable shopping experience.
- Comply with company standards regarding store operations, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Perform any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of boutique experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong numerical ability, with excellent planning, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Action‑oriented, results‑driven, and a strong team player.
- Agile, with good time management skills and the flexibility to prioritize effectively.
- Fluent in English and at least one local language.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
