  • Organize boutique team schedules.
  • Ensure excellence in client welcoming and servicing.
  • Demonstrate brand ambassadorial skills.
  • Maintain boutique appearance according to guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with group procedures.
  • Control cash register.
  • Ensure timely reporting of sales.
  • Support boutique team in delivering selling ceremony.
  • Participate in VIP events.
  • Build genuine relationships with customers.
  • Handle client complaints and report issues.
