Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is hiring a Bookstore Retail Cashier in Singapore. Basic salary ranges SGD 2,300–2,350 per month across Central/West/East Singapore with stable full-time employment. This role involves cashier duties, customer service, stock checks and maintaining an attractive store layout.

Outlets are located across multiple areas; weekend and public holiday shifts are required, offering valuable retail and customer service experience in a busy bookstore environment.

Qualifications

• Preferably minimum 1 year of full-time retail experience.
• Customer-service oriented and comfortable interacting with customers.
• Able to handle cashiering and retail duties.
• Responsible, reliable and a good team player.
• Able to work retail shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.
• Must be available during the Super Peak Period from Oct to mid-Jan.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and helpful customer service.
• Assist customers with locating books, stationery and other products.
• Handle cashier duties and payment transactions.
• Replenish and arrange merchandise on shelves.
• Ensure products are properly displayed and priced.
• Assist with stock checking and inventory duties.
• Maintain a clean, neat and organised retail environment.
• Support daily store operations and promotional activities.
