Job summary

HRnet Ventures Pte Ltd – CREW by HRnet is hiring Retail Associates to create a pleasant shopping experience in our bookstore. You will assist customers, handle transactions, restock shelves and support promotions in a collaborative team environment.

We offer training for the role and the chance to gain hands-on experience in retail and customer service. Weekend and public holiday rosters apply, with a 5-day, 44-hour work week in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Organised, responsible and eager to learn.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Retail experience is an advantage but not required.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays as per roster.
