Job Summary

We are hiring for 2 exciting roles:

Role 1: Retail Assistant x5

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly customer service and assist customers with product enquiries
• Organize products neatly and maintain store displays
• Regularly monitor inventory levels and assist with periodic stocktakes
• Maintain cleanliness of the store and cashier area
• Support promotional activities when required

Role 2: Cashier x5

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly customer service at the cashier counter
• Handle daily cash, card, and e-payment transactions accurately
• Operate POS system and ensure proper cash register procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier area
• Recommend products and highlight promotions to customers at the counter
• Support promotional activities when required
• Assist with stocktake when needed

Job Requirements

• Customer service-oriented and friendly
• Responsible and detail-oriented (cash handling for cashier roles)
• Prior cashier or POS experience is a plus (training provided for cashier roles)
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Minimum 1 year full-time retail experience required
