Key Responsibilities:
  • Cashiering: Operate the POS system to process purchases accurately.

  • Customer Service: Assist with returns, exchanges, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Stock Management: Display merchandise, replenish stocks, assist in stock‑taking, and receive orders.

  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.

  • Sales Optimization: Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to enhance customer experience.

Job Requirements:
  • Work Schedule: 44 hours per week, 5‑day work week 🗓️.

  • Retail Hours: Required for store operating hours ⏰.

  • Block‑Out Period: Nov/Dec peak period 🎄.

  • A positive, customer-focused attitude and strong teamwork skills 💪.

  • Able to start at short notice 🏃♂️.
