In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the company's accounting operations.

What you'll be doing
  • Accurately recording daily financial transactions and ensuring the integrity of the company's books
  • Reconciling bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  • Preparing financial reports and statements for management review
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Collaborating with the accounting team to implement efficient bookkeeping processes
  • Providing administrative support to the finance department as needed
What we're looking for
  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role, preferably within the Accounting or Small Practice Accounting industry
  • Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
