• Continuously observe the BMS for any alarms or deviations from normal operation.
• Take prompt action to address system alerts and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Modify parameters within the BMS to optimize system performance based on occupancy, temperature, or other factors.
• Document all actions taken and generate reports on system performance and energy consumption.
• Performing preventive maintenance, including cleaning, lubricating, and checking components.
• Diagnosing and repairing faults, replacing components like compressors, filters, and ductwork.
• Servicing ACMV systems, including chemical washes, overhauls, and general maintenance.

Education

NTC/ITE/NITEC/Higher NITEC/Vocational Certificate in Mechanical/Air-Con/Electrical/Building/Facility Management
