As they continue to drive growth and expansion, they are now seeking a BMS Manager to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the BMS team in the design, coordination, installation, testing, and commissioning of BMS works.
• Review and validate BMS design drawings, control diagrams, and system architecture.
• Coordinate with the Electrical, ACMV, and other engineering teams to ensure seamless system integration.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to achieve project milestones.
• Monitor project progress, budget, and quality, ensuring compliance with specifications and regulations.
• Conduct system troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Prepare technical documentation, method statements, and reports for submission.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and site personnel.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Building Automation, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in BMS project management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of BMS systems design, PLC/DCC controls, networking, and system integration.
• Familiarity with ACMV and M&E services in large-scale building or industrial projects.
• Proven ability to lead project teams, subcontractors, and coordinate across stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in large-scale infrastructure or industrial facility projects is preferred.
