Job summary

A prominent technology firm in Singapore is seeking a technician to provide preventive maintenance services for Building Management Systems (BMS). Responsibilities include troubleshooting, client support, data analysis, and supervising subcontractors. Qualifications

• Hands on experience in programming languages and logic gates.
• Familiar with digital fundamentals.
• Knowledge on basic networking.
• Knowledge on ACMV systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive maintenance for BMS.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and rectify the system.
• Support clients with system operation.
• Analyze data and determine system status.
• Respond to client requests promptly.
• Supervise subcontractors for safe work.
• Mentor colleagues in the role.
• Ensure compliance with quality and EHS standards.
• Prepare and submit quotations.
• Perform repairs and fit-out works for BMS.
• Participate in weekly standby rotations.
• Calibrate BMS sensors annually.
• Provide sales support for BMS services.
