Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Blockchain & NFT Solutions Consultant to lead strategic blockchain and NFT initiatives. The role emphasizes solution strategy, project oversight, and cross-functional collaboration rather than hands-on coding. Candidates should have a proven track record in blockchain/NFT consulting, DApp oversight, smart contract validation, deployment workflows, and governance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic guidance on blockchain and NFT solutions, including DApps, smart contracts, and NFT platforms.
• Define business and technical requirements and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational objectives.
• Oversee deployment workflows, milestones, and KPIs for blockchain/NFT initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, legal, compliance, risk, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Identify and manage risks and operational challenges, providing timely solutions.
• Advise senior management on blockchain/NFT trends, strategy, and ecosystem insights.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge-sharing materials for cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of professional experience in blockchain, NFT, or decentralized application projects.
• Proven experience in blockchain/NFT consulting, solution strategy, or project oversight.
• Familiarity with smart contract frameworks, NFT platforms, and DApp operations.
