Job summary

Chainalysis is seeking a Deployment Strategist to join Global Services as a core technical practitioner. You will own the full lifecycle of customer value, from discovery through deployment and enablement, partnering with customers to solve real-world investigations.

You will apply blockchain expertise, data analytics, and domain knowledge to design customized workflows, dashboards, and data models, and you will train and empower customer teams to operate Chainalysis solutions independently.

Qualifications

• Operational experience conducting cryptocurrency investigations or financial crime analysis.
• Familiarity with multiple blockchains (BTC, ETH, stablecoins).
• Experience delivering customer-facing technical solutions in real-world environments.
• Experience with law enforcement, national security, or compliance domains.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer engagements from discovery to value delivery.
• Conduct blockchain investigations using tracing, OSINT, and analytics.
• Translate customer objectives into actionable investigation outcomes.
• Design and maintain notebooks, dashboards, and data models.
• Deliver live training and technical briefings to diverse audiences.
• Support pre-sales technical engagement for complex deals.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to influence roadmap.
