Responsibilities & Duties
- 🛑Prevent Vandalism / Misuse: Actively monitor and ensure no one damages, misuses, or interferes with the event installations or setup.
- 🧽✨Maintenance & Presentation: Perform light cleaning or minor adjustments to ensure the installation remains presentable and attractive.
- 📢Reporting Issues: Promptly report any significant damage, maintenance concerns, or suspicious behaviour to the supervisor.
- 🚸Crowd Control: Assist with managing visitor flow, queuing, and ensuring safety especially during high-traffic periods.
- 📸🎥Media Support: Proactively assist shoppers with taking photos/videos when needed.
- 🤝😊Visitor Guidance: Be friendly, approachable, and help direct or provide information about the installation or event.
Requirements
- 🕰️Ambassadors to arrive 15mins before on first day of work for briefing.
- 👕Dress Code (Strictly Enforced) Wear your own plain black top.
- 👖Black pants (no visible prints or logos).
- 👟Covered shoe.
- 🦵🏻Physical: Able to stand/walk for extended periods.
- 👀Qualities: High level of alertness, responsibility, and a keen eye for detail.
- 👄Communication: Basic communication skills to politely engage with the public.
- 📲A short phone interview is required after application.
Work Ethics & Conduct
- 📵Do not use your mobile phone during working hours unless for reporting purpose.
- 🔒Depending on company policy, phone may be required to be placed in a designated locker.
- 👥Always inform your supervisor or a team member before leaving your station — even for short tasks.
Special Instructions
- 🪪Bring NRIC / Passport for verification at scan-in.
- 🚐Transport may be provided if public transport is unavailable — liaise with direct manager/supervisor's instructions for reimbursement.
- 🚫Leaving before the confirmed end time is considered misconduct and may result in no payment (management discretion applies).
- ⏰Only report to the job site after receiving official awarded confirmation via EL Connect App.
