Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a biopharma manufacturing professional to gain hands-on experience in cell culture, purification, GMP manufacturing and production operations in Singapore. You will perform cell-culture and purification operations, operate production equipment per GMP, and complete batch records and documentation.

The role requires a diploma/degree in biotech or related fields with 0–2 years’ experience and willingness to work 12‑hour rotating shifts, including weekends and

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in biotechnology, biomedical science, pharmaceutical, chemical or bioengineering.
• 0–2 years of experience preferred.
• GMP experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform cell-culture and purification manufacturing operations.
• Operate production equipment according to GMP procedures.
• Complete batch records, logbooks and production documentation.
• Monitor equipment and perform basic sampling, pH and conductivity testing.
• Apply aseptic techniques when handling products and materials.
• Troubleshoot basic process issues and support equipment cleaning.
• Follow safety, quality and regulatory requirements.

Up to $4,500/month + Shift allowance
