Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Cell Therapy, Gene Therapy, or Biologics manufacturing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cGMP manufacturing activities including cell culture and aseptic processing.
  • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment such as incubators and bioreactors.
  • Execute batch records and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Monitor critical process parameters and perform in-process testing.
  • Maintain cleanroom standards and perform routine cleaning.
  • Participate in deviation investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Do
  • Perform cGMP manufacturing activities, including cell culture, aseptic processing, viral transduction, and harvest operations.
  • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment such as incubators, centrifuges, biosafety cabinets, and bioreactors.
  • Execute batch records, SOPs, and work instructions accurately to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Monitor critical process parameters and perform in-process sampling and testing.
  • Maintain cleanroom standards by performing routine cleaning and adhering to strict gowning requirements.
  • Perform inventory management for raw materials and equipment consumables.
  • Participate in deviation investigations, change control activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support equipment maintenance and calibration activities.
What We’re Looking For
  • Degree or diploma in Biotechnology, Biological Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in a GMP manufacturing environment preferred; fresh graduates passionate about CGT are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong understanding of aseptic techniques and cleanroom operations.
  • Knowledge of Cell Therapy, Gene Therapy, or Biologics manufacturing is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to compliance and quality.
