Lonza in Singapore’s Tuas site is seeking a Biotechnologist to support Manufacturing Central Operations – Material & Equipment Preparation. You will prepare materials and equipment for cGMP operations within a cleanroom, perform routine measurements and assist with documentation and LIMS submissions.

• Candidates must have NITEC, Diploma or Degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemical/Biochemical Engineering, Life Sciences or related discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical or cleanroom environments is advantageous.
• Willingness to learn equipment operations and process troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Perform material and equipment preparation in a cGMP manufacturing environment following SOPs and safety requirements.
• Prepare, monitor and maintain manufacturing equipment and cleanroom areas including sanitization and 6S housekeeping.
• Conduct basic lab tasks such as sampling, pH, conductivity and osmolality measurements with aseptic techniques.
• Support batch records, SOPs, logbooks and LIMS submissions with accurate documentation.
• Develop competency in manufacturing equipment, parameters and DeltaV operations.
• Assist with deviations, environmental monitoring, document revisions and data integrity activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and maintain schedules.
