Lonza Group Ltd. in Tuas, Singapore is hiring for a Manufacturing Associate to perform cGMP manufacturing activities in aseptic and cleanroom environments, with rotation of 12-hour shifts.

You will complete batch records, participate in environmental monitoring and review logs to support timely production. The role requires a degree in biotech or life sciences, familiarity with LIMS/DMS/TrackWise, and strong team collaboration.

Qualificações

• Degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences or related field.
• Experience in biopharma manufacturing is an advantage but not required.
• Familiarity with cGMP, aseptic processing and cleanrooms is helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Perform cGMP manufacturing activities using aseptic and cleanroom practices.
• Complete Batch Records, logbooks and GMP documentation accurately and on time.
• Perform environmental monitoring, equipment cleaning, sanitization and production support.
• Use electronic systems including DMS, LIMS and TrackWise.
• Review Batch Records and logbooks to support timely manufacturing operations.
• Identify deviations and escalations; maintain training and safety.

What you will do

• Perform cGMP manufacturing activities using aseptic and cleanroom practices.
• Complete Batch Records, logbooks and GMP documentation accurately and on time.
• Perform environmental monitoring, equipment cleaning, sanitization and production support activities.
• Use electronic systems including DMS, LIMS and TrackWise.
• Review Batch Records and logbooks to support timely manufacturing operations.
• Identify and escalate deviations, equipment alarms and other non-routine events.
• Maintain training requirements and contribute to safety, quality and continuous improvement initiatives.

What we are looking for

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Relevant academic, technical or industry experience; biopharmaceutical manufacturing experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Knowledge of biopharmaceutical processing, aseptic techniques or cleanroom operations is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of cGMP, quality, safety and data integrity principles.
• Ability to learn and work with electronic manufacturing and quality systems.
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative and proactive approach.
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and on a rotating 12-hour shift pattern.
