Qualifications

• Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and processing of accounting transactions for customers and vendors.
• Prepare and submit vendor payments for approval.
• Reconcile accounts payable and other balance sheet accounts.
• Monitor all payable/petty cash activities.
• Work with Sales team to post Sales orders and follow up on payments.
• Monthly AR/AP reporting requirements by Management.
• Prepare management accounts and consolidation reports.

Skills

Good command of both spoken and written English

Excellent interpersonal, communication & analytical skills

Proactive, flexible, reliable, self-motivated & organized

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
