Job summary

Cell AgriTech Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring a Bioprocess Operator/Technician to join a growing production team. You will run cell cultures and bioreactors, prepare media, handle harvest and downstream steps, and keep equipment maintained on the floor.

No prior industry experience is required as training is provided. Fresh graduates are welcome, and the role offers hands-on work in a GMP/ISO-certified facility with opportunities for progression to Senior Technician, Process Specialist, or QA.

• GCE O-Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Inoculate bioreactors under aseptic conditions.
• Operate and monitor bioreactors and related equipment for cell production.
• Complete batch records, logbooks, and checklists following Good Documentation Practice.
• Perform basic maintenance of production equipment to ensure optimal conditions.
• Conduct stock counts to balance materials with records.
• Perform daily housekeeping to keep production area clean.

Cell AgriTech is Asia's first dedicated Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) focused on cultivated meat and plant cell culture, with a strong emphasis on scalable manufacturing. About the role

At Cell AgriTech, we make meat by growing animal cells instead of raising animals. No farms, no slaughterhouses, no herds. Just cells, bioreactors, and a small team on a production floor. As part of the expansion plan, we are hiring Bioprocess Operator/Technician. You'll be part of the team that actually makes the product: running cell cultures & bioreactors, preparing media, handling harvest and downstream, keeping the equipment maintained, and completing the records that prove it all happened. Every batch that leaves this building goes through your hands.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inoculation of bioreactors under aseptic conditions

• Operate and monitor bioreactors & other related equipment for cell production

• Complete batch records, logbooks, and checklists in real time following Good Documentation Practice

• Perform basic maintenance of the production equipment to ensure they are in optimal conditions to facilitate effective and efficient production

• Conduct stock count regularly to ensure all materials used are recorded and balance stocks are in line with book balance

• Perform daily housekeeping and maintain the overall production area and equipment cleanliness

About you

• GCE O-Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent qualification

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. We welcome applicants with a strong work ethic and good discipline. Formal education is not the main requirement—candidates who are responsible and willing to learn are encouraged to apply. No prior industry experience is required as training will be provided.

• Knowledge or experience with clean room would be a plus

• Computer-literate with knowledge of MS Office applications

• Willing to perform rotating shifts
