Job summary

GovTech is seeking a learner-centric educator to develop and deliver PET and CET curricula, blending face-to-face, online and blended learning. You will craft teaching materials, assessments, and authentic learning activities that integrate science with AI and data analytics.

You will mentor learners, manage daily coursework, and engage with industry to run internships and collaborative projects, contributing to curriculum reviews and quality assurance within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in Biomedical Science/Life Sciences with expertise in Clinical Laboratory Sciences and Bioinformatics, Data Analytics or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a science related field.
• Demonstrated experience applying AI, machine learning, predictive analytics or modelling to solve real-world biomedical, healthcare or life sciences problems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and review PET and CET curriculum, including face-to-face, online and blended learning.
• Design and develop teaching materials, assessments, applied projects and authentic learning activities including AI and data analytics.
• Prepare and grade assessments and supervise learners in daily coursework.
• Use the Learning Management System and digital tools to enhance learner engagement and outcomes.
• Serve as a Personal Mentor to learners, providing pastoral support and administrative assistance.
• Contribute to school and diploma-level initiatives, committee work and quality assurance processes.
• Build and maintain partnerships with industry to lead industry projects, internships and collaborative initiatives.
