Job summary

RN Care Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a diligent Biomedical/Electronic Equipment Technician to provide technical assistance to healthcare staff in setup, operation, servicing and decommissioning of medical devices.

You will oversee external service providers, inspect faults, ensure standards, manage spare parts, and support engineers on equipment projects with suppliers. Diploma in Electronics or Biomedical Engineering required; 3–5 years in healthcare environment preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics or Biomedical Engineering is required.
• 3–5 years of healthcare experience is advantageous.
• Service-minded with the ability to interact with staff at all levels.
• Basic proficiency in IT applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to healthcare staff in the setup, operation, servicing and decommissioning of medical devices.
• Oversee external service providers and contractors for equipment maintenance and standards compliance.
• Gather and update user feedback on upkeep, performance and quality of devices.
• Inspect, analyse and troubleshoot faults and safety issues; support engineers in corrective actions.
• Ensure maintenance work meets required standards and quality initiatives.
• Manage spare parts and frontline technical support inventory; assist with documentation.
