Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a technical diploma (NITEC/ Diploma) in Electrical/Electronic/Biomedical engineering or equivalent.
• Proficient with software-assisted diagnostic and testing equipment for service work.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation are essential.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, commission, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on healthcare equipment/systems.
• Address and resolve recurring issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Plan and schedule PM/CM tasks efficiently.
• Provide post-sales support as needed.
• Coordinate with manufacturers, vendors, contractors, and clients for project management.
• Assist the project team in executing projects smoothly.
• Respond promptly to service calls.
• Collaborate with team to gather feedback and identify prospects.
• Undertake any additional tasks as assigned.
