Job summary

EFOR is seeking a Process Engineer to act as process owner for biologics manufacturing equipment and systems. You will apply engineering principles to improve performance, reliability and cost efficiency, while supporting contamination control, inspections, and regulatory readiness.

You will lead deviation investigations, manage change controls and equipment qualification, and help introduce advanced manufacturing technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 4–7 years of relevant biologics/pharma manufacturing experience.
• Experience in regulated cGMP environment and deviation investigations.
• Experience leading change controls, CAPA and qualification activities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement equipment or system modifications using engineering principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operations and ensure reliable processes.
• Troubleshoot equipment, automation and process issues of moderate complexity and support commercial manufacturing.
• Lead implementation of Next Generation Manufacturing technologies.
• Lead deviations, CAPA and change controls; manage qualification activities.
