Qualifications

• PhD/MS/BS with relevant biologics PD experience in regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of cell culture and purification processes.
• Experience in technology transfer and scale-up activities.
• Exposure to regulatory filings and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Lead biologics technology transfer, process validation, and new tech evaluation.
• Drive site activities for process optimization and investigations.
• Manage PD team and cross-functional projects across functions.
• Collaborate with network DST teams to troubleshoot complex challenges.
• Deliver site goals while ensuring quality, safety, schedule, and cost objectives.
• Support regulatory filings, audits and inspections.
