Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Biotech Operations Associate to support manufacturing activities in a biologics production facility. You will collaborate with engineers on setup and calibration, perform rework and quality testing, and utilize LIMS, SAP and automated systems to monitor and fine-tune production processes.

The role requires at least a degree in science-related field, 2 years biotech experience, willingness to work shifts, and ability to start immediately or on short notice.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Science or related courses or above.
• Minimum 2 years of biotech experience
• Comfortable to do shift work
• Able to start immediate or within short notice

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing operations with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks.
• Perform rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components and final materials.
• Uses programs such as LIMS, SAP, automated control systems to collect and evaluate operating data for on-line adjustments to products, instruments or equipment.
• Assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process
