Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Perform routine maintenance works and inspection of process equipment using CMMS to assure itsavailability for the uninterrupted operation of the manufacturing plant
• Manage equipment maintenance work using Computerized Maintenance Management system(CMMS); Responsible to provide clear, structured & detailed write-out when reporting work executedat site into the CMMS system
• Troubleshoot process equipment failures/ malfunction and carryout remediation/corrective measuressafely in compliance to GMP/Quality procedures
• Assist in the development of work instructions/procedures, Job aids, Risk assessment, LOTO list… etcand assist Maintenance engineer for developing SOPs for maintenance work

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY

• Reports to the Maintenance engineer
• Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for stationary and rotating equipment toassure uninterrupted operation of the plant
• Troubleshoot equipment failures/malfunction and carry out remediation/corrective measures
• Ensures all the maintenance works are carried out safely in compliance with AbbVie/ statutory safetyregulations
• Provide on call support for equipment problems (24/7) to minimize the downtime of the equipment
• Perform work in compliance with relevant SOPs (Standard operating procedure), cGMP standards
• Certified as confined space accessor/supervisor/rescuer, WAH supervisor, Gas tester, etc. to performall type of maintenance work. Good knowledge on LOTO to lead the team to review all the LOTOrequirements for routine and shutdown maintenance work.
• Coordinates with external contractors for specialized repair/maintenance work viz., vessel inspection,repairs, major overhauls, etc…
• Assist in troubleshooting recurring equipment reliability problems using historical data/reports
• Assist & support RCFA for major equipment problems or recurring issues together with reliabilityengineer to implement improvements
• Work with reliability engineer to move towards RCM for all critical process equipment; Have basicknowledge on condition monitoring and equipment vibration data/analysis
• Assist & support the less experienced staff to carry out basic trouble shooting, system change overmaintenance, support equipment validation and Equipment reliability improvement
• Assist maintenance engineer/Planner for planning and scheduling the maintenance work
• Any other duties as assigned by your Supervisor/Engineer/Manager
