Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to gain an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will collaborate with a team to develop, test, and deliver high-quality products, and gain exposure to test automation and project risk management.

Current university students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply. The program emphasizes networking, skill development, and practical experience within a global blockchain

Competenze

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Linux, basic database operations, or cloud services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Previous experience in software development or testing is a plus.
