Purpose and Scope

The BIM Team plays a crucial part in the Built Environment as they play a pivotal role in creating accurate and detailed 3D. They use advanced BIM Modelling software like Revit to construct comprehensive BIM 3D models that incorporate all elements in a building or infrastructure.

The key scope includes coordinating the integration of models from different disciplines, such as architectural and structural models. Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders. Conduct regular BIM coordination meetings to communicate project changes and resolve design conflicts and issues.

A BIM (Building Information Modelling) modeler is a professional who creates, manages, and maintains digital 3D models of buildings and other structures.
