Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to develop, create, and coordinate BIM models for construction projects in Singapore. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in building construction, a diploma or degree in a relevant field, and proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. Competitive salary between $3,500 - $5,000 is offered.

BIM Coordinator

Location: East Area / North West Area / West Area
Working Day: 5 days Mon - Fri
Working Hour: 44 hours
Salary: $3500 - $5000

Responsibilities
  • Develop, create, and coordinate models from all trades for ongoing and completed projects.
  • Review and organize models and data collected from third‑party sources (CAD and BIM models).
  • Coordinate and review multi-disciplinary BIM models.
  • Assist with quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) coordination.
  • Manage and process change orders.
  • Track project milestones across different phases.
  • Coordinate with clients and project stakeholders through appropriate communication channels.
  • Ensure project operations comply with company standards and client specifications.
  • Document project issues and coordinate with relevant parties for resolution.
  • Assist with resource planning and allocation for project tasks.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance BIM model efficiency and coordination.
  • Perform quality analysis to ensure models align with design intent and project documentation.
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, and clients for project coordination and model updates.
  • Provide training to team members on BIM software and modeling standards.
  • Update and maintain the organization’s BIM models in line with technological advancements.
  • Coordinate with project architects and manage a technical BIM team.
  • Support the production of construction documentation and related deliverables.
  • Perform clash detection using Navisworks Manage integrated with Revit.
  • Support construction sequencing and 4D simulation using Navisworks, Primavera, and Microsoft Project.
  • Assist with BIM submissions to CoreNet and relevant authorities.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Structural, Architectural, Engineering, Construction, MEP, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in building construction and project execution.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
