Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is looking for a BIM Coordinator to assist in creating and managing BIM Models throughout the project life cycle. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in M&E or construction-related disciplines and 2-3 years of local experience in the Construction Industry. Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Revit and Navisworks, is preferred. A willingness to travel to project sites as needed is essential.

Job Description

• Assist BIM Manager in creating, updating and revising BIM Models throughout the project life cycle.
• Create and update BIM Models based on contract drawings, construction drawings, Coordination and latest information.
• Ensure integrity / quality of the models.
• Generate documentation and shop drawings from BIM Models.
• Produce BIM Model deliverables for Construction, documentation and fabrication.
• Develop BIM Models with the correct parameters and attributes for BIM-Based quantification and 4D simulation.
• Develop BIM Models with the correct parameters and attributes for additional BIM-Based deliverables such as 5D Progress Evaluation and 6D Asset and Facility Management.
• Identify issues for BIM Coordinators where discrepancies occur.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in any of M&E Discipline/ Engineering / Construction related disciplines.
• At least 2 - 3 years of local experience in the Construction Industry.
• Experience in BIM software / tools.
• Working experience in Revit and Navisworks is preferred.
• Comfortable travelling to project site when required.
