Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a BIM Coordinator to manage architectural and structural modeling, technical drawings, and documentation using Revit and other BIM/CAD tools. You will coordinate among various project stakeholders to address technical issues and ensure compliance with BIM standards and delivery schedules. The ideal candidate should hold a relevant engineering degree and have at least 3 years of work experience in a similar role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards and Level of Development (LOD).

Responsibilities

• Manage architectural and structural modelling using BIM software.
• Coordinate with project disciplines and contractors to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain drawing schedules and ensure proper data transmission.
