Job summary

A plumbing and sanitary services company in Singapore is seeking a talented individual to prepare and maintain construction drawings using Autocad and Revit. You will coordinate with site staff and ensure compliance with BIM MEP Model requirements. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of construction drawing processes and project coordination. Responsibilities

• Prepare submission for construction shop drawing, details drawing, as-built drawing using Autocad & Revit Software.
• Maintain & update drawings as needed & make corrections to drawings as directed by project manager and engineer.
• Co-ordinate with site staff/engineer regarding details, penetration and other necessary sketches requested by Main Contractor & Consultants.
• Maintain drawing reports and records.
• Create BIM MEP Model with BIM Executive Plan (BEP) to meet client's requirements.
