Job summary

Qualifications

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeller (Plumbing & Sanitary) to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in creating and managing BIM models for plumbing and sanitary systems in building projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate 3D BIM models for plumbing and sanitary/irrigation systems using Revit or relevant software
• Prepare coordination drawings and shop drawings for construction
• Work closely with engineers, consultants, and other trades to resolve clashes and ensure smooth coordination
• Assist in updating models throughout design and construction stages
• Ensure compliance with local codes and project requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant BIM modelling experience in plumbing and sanitary systems/irrigation
• Proficient in Revit MEP and AutoCAD
• Familiar with Singapore building codes and standards
• Strong attention to detail and good teamwork skills
