BIM Modeller

This is a perm role for one of our client in the Construction Industry.

Location: Ubi Area
Full-Time | Executive Level | 3 Years' Experience (Minimum)
Salary Range: $3,500 - $6,000 per month

About the Role

Our client, a well-established construction company, is seeking a talented and experienced BIM Modeller to join their project team. The successful candidate will take ownership of developing, managing, and coordinating Building Information Models (BIM) across various building and infrastructure projects.

We are looking for someone who is technically strong, detail-oriented, and able to deliver precise and coordinated models within tight project schedules. Applicants should be ready to present examples of past BIM projects or portfolios that demonstrate their modelling and coordination expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain 3D BIM models (Architecture, Structure, and/or MEP) using Autodesk Revit or similar BIM platforms.
• Prepare construction, coordination, and shop drawings that meet project and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure model integrity and coordination across disciplines.
• Identify and resolve design or coordination clashes using integrated model reviews.
• Maintain and implement BIM execution standards, templates, and workflows.
• Revise and update models according to design changes, site progress, or client feedback.
• Support project delivery by assisting with model-based quantity take-offs, visualizations, and documentation.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement of BIM practices and digital delivery processes within the team.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of BIM modelling experience in the building or construction industry.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit; knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, or other coordination software is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of construction detailing, coordination workflows, and drawing standards.
• High level of accuracy, initiative, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Candidates must be able to present past BIM projects or portfolios during the interview to showcase their technical capability and project experience.
