Job summary

A leading recruitment platform in Singapore is looking for a BIM Modeler to develop and maintain 3D BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Structural disciplines. The ideal candidate will have experience with BIM software such as Revit and AutoCAD, a relevant degree or certificate, and a strong ability to collaborate with teams. This role involves producing detailed drawings, ensuring compliance with standards, and providing technical support.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture/Mechanical/Electrical.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit and AutoCAD.
• Able to work independently as well as a good team player.
• Familiarity with relevant standards and regulations for MEP and Structural systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update 3D BIM models for MEP and Structural disciplines.

Job description

Develop, maintain, and update 3D BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Structural disciplines using BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD, etc.).

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate coordination and integration of all building systems and structural elements.

Produce detailed drawings, schedules, and reports as required for MEP and Structural design packages.

Ensure compliance with relevant standards, building codes, and project specifications.

Assist with the preparation of 3D model presentations and visualizations for client reviews and project meetings.

Support the development and maintenance of project-specific BIM execution plans.

Participate in regular project meetings to discuss model progress, design changes, and potential challenges.

Provide technical support and guidance to the project team regarding BIM-related queries.

Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
