Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a skilled professional to produce 3D and BIM drawings for various trades. The successful candidate will prepare and present 3D models, and ensure accurate drawing submissions. Candidates should have over 4 years of experience in construction and be formally trained in BIM. This role is essential for a large project in a dynamic construction environment.

Qualifications

• More than 4 years of working experience in construction, design, drafting and/or services coordination.
• Formally trained in BIM with at least 2 years of experience in services coordination using BIM.

Job Scopes

• Produce 3D and BIM drawings for trades such as Architectural, Structural, Mechanical & Electrical System. Include single line layout and system schematic.
• Prepare and present 3D models during BIM meetings.
• Prepare drawings submission format, including title block, notes and legends, drawing to scale, etc.

Requirements (Qualification & Experience):

• Diploma or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services, Architectural or Structural Engineering with more than 4 years of working experience in construction, design, drafting and/ or coordination (services)
• Formally trained in BIM (Specialist Diploma or BCAA or equivalent Modelling Training Certification), preferably with at least 2 years of experience in services coordination using BIM or BIM management and modelling in a design, engineering or construction firm for a large project.
• Shall be trained for each respective discipline for Architecture, Civil & Structural and M&E Services
