Job summary

A leading architecture firm in Singapore is looking for a BIM Modeler to create and update BIM models, ensuring adherence to company standards. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Revit and have basic knowledge in Facade design. Qualifications

• Must have at least basic knowledge in Facade design.
• Experience in BIM submission to authority is a must.
• Must be knowledgeable and keen in BIM worksets and worksharing function.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop & update BIM model from scratch or existing supplied drawings.
• Ensure model quality and identify conflicts between disciplines.
• Generate Revit-based plans and sections for various applications.
• Generate 3D centre-line model for structural analysis.
• Maintain and implement company’s BIM standards.

Job description

All jobs listed are based in Singapore only. For Singaporean only.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop & update BIM model either from scratch or from existing supplied 2D CAD or PDF drawings.
• Ensure model quality and identify any conflict between disciplines.
• Generate & update Revit-based plans, sections, elevations and details that can be used as design analysis, tender drawing, drawing for Authority submission, shop drawing, fabrication drawing and as-built drawing.
• Generate 3D centre-line model for structural Engineer to perform analysis.
• Maintenance & implementation of company’s BIM standards, Facade template, contents and library.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Requirements

• Must have at least basic knowledge in Facade design. Experience in BIM submission to authority is must.
• Proficient in Revit. Knowledge in other BIM software is added advantage.
• Must have a good time management.
• Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
• Must be knowledgeable, keen and observant in worksets and worksharing function of BIM.
• Must be a team player and with good working attitude.
