Job summary

Job description

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a BIM Modeller (Engineering Department):

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural and structural shop drawings and working drawings using Revit and AutoCAD, ensuring designs comply with project construction requirements.
• Assist the project team with BIM coordination and provide accurate information for construction.
• Extract information from 3D Revit models to develop shop drawings and resolve discrepancies with engineering and project teams.
• Develop detailed drawings and specifications according to client and consultant requirements.
• Produce As-built drawings for project handover to clients and consultants.
• Support tender bids by preparing overall floor plans and sectional drawings.
• Attend technical and BIM coordination meetings as required.
• Ensure timely completion of all required drawings.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Higher Nitec/Polytechnic qualification in BIM, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in BIM modelling and coordination.
• Relevant BIM certification or qualification.
• Proficient in 3D Revit and AutoCAD for architectural and structural drafting.
• Experienced in BIM coordination, ensuring multidisciplinary collaboration and clash detection.
• Skilled in preparing detailed architectural and structural shop drawings and working drawings using Revit, ensuring design compliance with project construction.
• Capable of developing As-built drawings for submission and handover to clients/consultants.
• Able to assist with Tender Bids by preparing overall floor plans, sectional drawings, and related technical documentation.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 4,400 +VB (1-2 Months)
• Working Location: City Hall
• Working Hours: 5 Days Work, 9am - 6pm
