The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and have proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM processes. Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience in BIM/MEP drafting or modelling.
• Proficient in AutoCAD/Revit MEP (3D BIM modelling) for preparation of shop drawings and as-built drawings.

Responsibilities

• Draft M&E/ACMV shop drawings based on design and as-built drawings.
• Verify that all drawings comply with project specifications and standards.
• Prepare and review mechanical and electrical drawings using AutoCAD/Revit.
• Assist with documentation for BIM processes and project submissions.
• Maintain and organize drawing files with version control.
• Support the Project Manager in coordination and project delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Nitec / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Power Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience in BIM/MEP drafting or modelling.
• Proficient in AutoCAD/Revit MEP (3D BIM modelling) for preparation of shop drawings and as-built drawings.
